Some photos from the Start of out holiday.
We had to transfer at cairns to fly on to the Gold Coast, getting off the international flight and smelling that wonderful clean air was great. we had some hungry jacks (burger king) for breakfast.
Unfortunately because it was a surprise visit the families pool wasn't ready for use ;(. Roger and Sonya were so surprised to see us, It took a few hours for the fact that we were there to sink in.
BBQ'S every meal so far it was really yummy. Eating lamb after such a long time was great.
There is lots of nature around beautiful flowers and birds, and even toads. The picture above is of a Cane Toad, their skin is poisonous if you touch them its alright but if you were to put your fingers in your mouth after touching them you will get very very sick.
